Spicy Icy Summer Treats – Tipu’s Chai Popsicles

Summertime is Popsicle time. Made with Tipu’s Chai Now®, Sweetened Chai Tea, milk, and some popsicle molds – You are ready for Spice on Ice!

We don’t know about you, but it has been sweltering here in Montana this summer. So we are trying everything to stay cool. This week we took to the kitchen – well the freezer actually – to see what we could whip up to keep us cool and Voila – Tipu’s Chai Popsicles.

We used our favorite popsicle molds (Zoku Classic Pop Molds) and our Tipu’s Chai Now®, Sweetened Chai Tea and of course our favorite milk from just up the street to make these wonderful summertime treats. Now that is what we call #spiceonice or #boldandcold.

A special note for those cafes that carry our Kashmiri Chai Tea (aka Green Tea Chai) we think making these popsicles or even ice cubes with that product would be over the moon! Spicy Icy Summer Treats – Tipu’s Chai Popsicles with Tipu's Chai

  • Serves: 6 (depending on popsicle mold size)

Ingredients

  • 8 teaspoons Tipu’s Chai Now, Sweetened Chai Tea
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup Milk of choice
  • 6 Popsicle molds (we love Zoku Classic Pop Molds)

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup warm water and 1 cup of milk
  2. Add 8 teaspoons Tipu’s Chai Now, Sweetened Chai Tea
  3. Stir to mix thoroughly
  4. Pour into molds
  5. Freeze & enjoy!

Note: Since we use real spices in our chai, they will not fully dissolve. If you would rather not have all those spices settle to the bottom of the popsicle, you can pour the chai through a tea strainer as you pour into the molds.
