Pumpkin Spice Latte

with Tipu's Chai

What’s more delicious? Pumpkin pie or Tipu’s Chai? Now you don’t have to choose. Add chai directly to your pumpkin pie for simply perfect spicing. Or add pumpkin to your chai for a perfect Pumpkin spice latte. Either way, it’s a winner.

Here’s a recipe adapted from and with thanks to Foodie with Family to use with Tipu’s Chai Now®.

Pumpkin Spice Latte with Tipu's Chai

For the pumpkin base:

  • 1 cup real pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte:

Optional for serving:

  • Whipped Cream
  • Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon stick


To Make the Pumpkin Spice Base:

  1. Mix all of the base ingredients together.
  2. Scrape it into a clean jar with a tight fitting lid. May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

To Make a Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte:

  1. Pour 4 ounces of boiling water over the Tipu’s Chai Now – The Simple Life. Let it sit while you prepare the pumpkin milk.
  2. Stir the Pumpkin Base and the milk together in a microwave safe 2-cup container or heat in a saucepan, stirring until smooth.
  3. If microwaving, heat on high until steamy and frothy (between 2 and 3 minutes). If heating in a saucepan, heat over medium high heat until steaming hot.
